Elsie Nutifafa Goh, Esq.

Elsie Nutifafa Goh is a Founding Partner of Oasis Legal, a full-service law firm committed to delivering practical, innovative, and client-focused legal solutions.

A versatile lawyer, she has a strong background in law, insurance, administration, and education. Elsie was called to the Ghana Bar in 2018; and has since built a well-rounded legal career with experience spanning corporate and commercial law, litigation, legal compliance, and advisory services for public and private sector clients. Her professional journey includes notable roles with the University of Ghana, the Lands Commission, and various renowned private law firms.

Elsie's core areas of expertise include the drafting and review of contracts and policies, courtroom advocacy, regulatory and compliance advisory, and corporate governance. She holds an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law and continues to actively pursue professional growth through legal education and development.

She is widely recognised for her integrity, strategic thinking, and approachable style—qualities that make her a trusted advisor to individuals and businesses alike. Beyond her legal practice, Elsie is passionate about community development, legal outreach, and mentoring. She also enjoys event planning, travel, and creating opportunities for social impact through education and service.

Frances Martey, Esq.

Frances Martey, a partner at Oasis Legal, is a dedicated and results-oriented lawyer with a well-rounded background in corporate and commercial law, litigation, and legal advisory services. Since her call to the Ghana Bar in 2018, she provides a broad range of legal support to both corporate and individual clients. Her expertise spans contract drafting and negotiation, court and tribunal advocacy, legal compliance, tenancy law, employment matters, and company secretarial services.

With an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law and both LLB and BA degrees from the University of Ghana, Frances combines strong academic credentials with practical legal experience. She is known for her ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and offer practical, client-focused solutions. Her ability to manage complex assignments while maintaining a high level of professionalism makes her a valuable asset to any legal team.

Beyond legal practice, Frances has experience as an English instructor and teaching assistant, equipping her with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Her pleasant yet assertive demeanor, combined with her strong work ethic and attention to detail, allows her to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders alike.
